                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to cellular telephones.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + A city, county or other local government may
not enact or enforce any charter provision, ordinance, resolution
or other provision regulating the use of cellular telephones. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Section 1 of this 2001 Act applies to all
charter provisions, ordinances, resolutions and other provisions
regulating the use of cellular telephones, whether adopted
before, on or after the effective date of this 2001 Act. + }
