  In line 10 of the printed bill, after the period insert ' (1)'.
  In line 12, delete '(1)' and insert '(a)' and after ' stock'
insert ', and raised in hatcheries under conditions that mimic
natural conditions to the closest extent practicable,'.
  In line 13, delete '; and' and insert a period.
  In line 14, delete '(2)' and insert '(b)' and delete ' wild
fish' and insert 'the closest suitable broodstock of wild fish
practicable'.
  After line 14, insert:
  ' (c) Include an exemption from the practice of clipping fins
to identify hatchery fish. The exemption shall apply to fish from
hatcheries located in areas that are comanaged by federally
recognized Indian tribes and the state.
  ' (2) For the purposes of sport fishery harvest, hatchery fish
with clipped fins are harvestable.'.
