  In line 5 of the printed bill, after '(1)' insert 'Subject to
subsection (2) of this section,' and delete 'or' and insert '
school, a public charter school or a'.
  After line 8, insert:
  ' (2) The authority granted by subsection (1) of this section
applies only within the boundaries of a school district that has
completed a school facility plan under ORS 195.110.'.
  In line 9, delete '(2)' and insert '(3)'.
  In line 10, delete 'or' and insert 'school, a public charter
school or a'.
  In line 12, delete '(3)' and insert '(4)'.
  In line 14, delete the first 'or' and insert 'school, a public
charter school or a'.
  In line 15, delete 'or' and insert 'school, a public charter
school or a'.
  In line 18, delete '(4)' and insert '(5)'.
