  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 11, after the period insert
'A local government that is located in Washington County north of
Highway 26 may elect whether to consider land adjacent to an
urban growth boundary if the land is separated from the urban
growth boundary by a freeway as defined in ORS 377.710.'.
  In line 13, after the period delete the rest of the line and
lines 14 and 15.
