  Appropriates moneys from tobacco settlement to Senior and
Disabled Services Division for specified purposes.
  Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2001.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to the Senior and Disabled Services Division;
  appropriating money; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + In addition to and not in lieu of any other
appropriation, there is appropriated to the Senior and Disabled
Services Division of the Department of Human Services for the
biennium beginning July 1, 2001, out of the moneys paid to this
state by United States tobacco products manufacturers under the
Master Settlement Agreement of 1998, the amount of $52,400,000,
to be expended as follows: + }
