  In line 4 of the printed bill, before the first 'In' insert '
(1)'.
  In line 9, after 'Plan' insert 'or are otherwise unable to
access basic health care services'.
  After line 9, insert:
  ' (2) As used in this section, 'local public health clinic '
means a not-for-profit, tax-exempt or public community-based
clinic.'.
