  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 2, after the
first semicolon delete the rest of the line and insert 'amending
ORS 338.105 and 338.115'.
  In line 3, delete 'and 338.165'.
  On page 2, delete lines 20 through 22 and insert:
  ' (8) A school district may not pay a public charter school
under ORS 338.155 or 338.165 for educational services provided by
the charter school after the date that the charter of the school
was terminated or the school was closed or dissolved.'.
  On page 3, delete lines 32 through 45 and delete page 4.
  On page 5, delete lines 1 through 27.
  In line 28, delete '6' and insert '3'.
