  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 8, delete 'impartial ' and
insert 'thorough and unbiased'.
  In line 12, after '(1)' delete the rest of the line and lines
13 through 15 and insert 'Any designee of the Mental Health and
Developmental Disability Services Division who makes a
determination or conducts an investigation under ORS 430.743 or
430.745 shall have adequate training and experience to make the
determination or conduct a thorough and unbiased investigation.'.
  In line 17, delete the colon.
  In line 18, delete '(a)'.
  In line 19, after 'occurred' insert a period and delete the
rest of the line and lines 20 through 22.
