  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 6, after the second '
director' delete the rest of the line and insert 'and the Oregon
Transportation Commission'.
  In line 17, after 'of' insert 'policy and'.
  Delete lines 18 through 28 and insert:
  ' (e) Define 'freight mobility projects.  '
  ' (f) Advise the commission and regionally based advisory
groups about the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program and
the program's consideration and inclusion of highest priority
multimodal freight mobility projects in each Department of
Transportation region.
  ' (4) The Department of Transportation shall provide policy and
support staff to the committee. The department shall also provide
other personnel to assist the committee as requested by the
chairperson and within the limits of available funds.'.
