  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 7, delete 'two' and insert
'three' and before the semicolon insert ', one of whom shall
serve as chair of the task force'.
  In line 10, delete 'three' and insert 'two'.
  On page 2, line 3, after the period insert 'The task force
shall conclude all of its activities under this section not later
than March 1, 2003, and may take no further action under this
section after March 1, 2003.'.
  In line 4, delete 'Bureau of Labor and Industries' and insert
'Employment Department'.
  After line 13, insert:
  ' (9) The task force is an advisory panel only. The State of
Oregon and the members of the task force have no right or
obligation to implement the evaluations, determinations, findings
or recommendations of the task force without further legislation
specifically authorizing such implementation.'.
  Delete lines 14 through 17.
  In line 18, delete '3' and insert '2' and delete 'Bureau of
Labor and Industries' and insert 'Employment Department'.
  In line 21, delete '4' and insert '3' and delete 'Bureau of
Labor and Industries' and insert 'Employment Department' and
delete '3' and insert '2'.
  In line 23, delete 'Bureau of Labor and Industries' and insert
'department'.
  In line 24, delete 'Bureau of Labor and Industries' and insert
'department'.
  In line 25, delete '5' and insert '4' and delete '4 ' and
insert '3'.
  In line 26, delete '6' and insert '5'.
