  In line 2 of the printed bill, after 'contracting' insert ' ;
creating new provisions; and amending ORS 279.363'.
  Delete lines 4 through 12 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + } ORS 279.363 is amended to read:
  ' 279.363. Public contracting agencies shall notify the
Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries in writing, on
a form prescribed by the commissioner, whenever a contract
subject to the provisions of ORS 279.348 to 279.380 has been
awarded.
  { - This - }   { + The + } notification shall be made within 30
days of the date that such contract is awarded. { +  The
notification shall include a copy of the disclosure of first-tier
subcontractors that was submitted under ORS 279.027. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + The amendments to ORS 279.363 by
section 1 of this 2001 Act first apply to public contracts
awarded on or after the effective date of this 2001 Act. + } ' .
