  Delete lines 12 through 14 of the printed bill and insert:
  ' (2) When carrying out its object, purpose and occupation as
described in subsection (1) of this section, the port shall act
in compliance with local, state and federal laws related to the
environment, integrate environmental considerations into all
aspects of its operations and, if appropriate, seek opportunities
to enhance natural resources when planning, promoting or
implementing projects of the port.'.
