  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 12, restore the bracketed
material.
  Delete lines 16 through 26 and insert:
  ' (a) The number of full-time equivalent students attending the
institution;
  ' (b) The athletic conference to which the institution belongs
and the relative costs of competing in that conference; and
  ' (c) The level of effort being made by the institution to
generate funds and support from private sources.'.
  On page 2, line 21, restore the bracketed material.
  Delete lines 25 through 35 and insert:
  ' (a) The number of full-time equivalent students attending the
institution;
  ' (b) The athletic conference to which the institution belongs
