  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 22, after the
period delete the rest of the line and delete lines 23 and 24.
  On page 2, delete lines 1 through 4.
  In line 8, delete 'most'.
  In line 11, after the period insert 'In making appointments to
the commission, the Governor shall consider appointing members
who possess natural resource backgrounds such as backgrounds in
commercial fishing, recreational fishing, hunting, agriculture,
forestry and conservation.'.
  In line 28, delete 'month' and insert 'two months'.
  In line 29, restore the bracketed material and delete the
boldfaced material.
  On page 3, after line 2, insert:
  ' (4) The commission may reappoint the director to additional
terms.'.
  After line 14, insert:
  ' (4) The commission may reappoint the director to additional
terms.'.
  In line 16, delete '2004' and insert '2003'.
  Delete lines 17 through 19.
  In line 20, delete '7' and insert '6'.
