  Delete lines 5 through 11 of the printed bill and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + (1) Notwithstanding ORS 92.012, the
provisions of ORS 92.040, 92.044, 92.046, 92.048 and 92.090 (2)
to (6) do not apply to the subdivision or partition of the lots
in a manufactured dwelling park or a mobile home park for
separate ownership if the park was created before the effective
date of this 2001 Act.
  ' (2) The governing body of a city or county shall, by
regulation or ordinance, adopt standards and procedures that
apply to a subdivision or partition of the lots in a manufactured
dwelling park or a mobile home park under subsection (1) of this
section.
  ' (3) As used in this section, 'lot,' 'manufactured dwelling
park' and 'mobile home park' have the meanings given those terms
in ORS 446.003. + } ' .
