A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to park for mobile home or manufactured dwelling.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + Section 2 of this 2001 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS 92.010 to 92.090. + }
SECTION 2. { + (1) Notwithstanding ORS 92.012, the provisions
of ORS 92.040, 92.044, 92.046, 92.048 and 92.090 (2) to (6) do
not apply to the subdivision or partition of the lots in a
manufactured dwelling park or a mobile home park for separate
ownership if the park was created before the effective date of
this 2001 Act.
(2) The governing body of a city or county shall, by regulation
or ordinance, adopt standards and procedures that apply to a
subdivision or partition of the lots in a manufactured dwelling
park or a mobile home park under subsection (1) of this section.
(3) As used in this section, 'lot,' 'manufactured dwelling
park' and 'mobile home park' have the meanings given those terms
in ORS 446.003. + }
