  In line 7 of the printed bill, delete '$8 million' and insert
'$7 million'.
  After line 9, insert:
  ' (3) There is allocated to Southern Oregon Public Television
from the Administrative Services Economic Development Fund the
amount identified in subsection (4) of this section.
  ' (4) The amount of $1 million is established for the biennium
beginning July 1, 2001, as the maximum limit for payment of
expenses by Southern Oregon Public Television from the
Administrative Services Economic Development Fund for conversion
to digital broadcasting.'.
  In line 10, delete '(3)' and insert '(5)'.
