  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, after 'school ' insert a
period and delete the rest of the line.
  Delete lines 4 through 31 and delete page 2 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + }  { + City and county governing bodies
shall work with school district personnel to identify barriers
and hazards to children walking or bicycling to and from school.
The cities, counties and districts shall develop a plan for the
funding of improvements designed to reduce the barriers and
hazards identified. + } ' .
