  Exempts charitable, fraternal or religious organizations that
meet certain requirements from licensing and reporting
requirements for raffles if net proceeds from raffles are less
than $10,000 in one calendar year.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to raffles.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Section 2 of this 2001 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS 464.270 to 464.530. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Charitable, fraternal or religious
organizations that conduct raffles that have net profits of less
than $10,000 in one calendar year are exempt from the licensing
and reporting requirements for raffles under ORS 167.117 to
167.164 and 464.270 to 464.530. + }
