  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 5, delete the
second 'and' and after 'money' insert '; and limiting
expenditures'.
  On page 8, line 20, delete '$50' and insert '$25'.
  On page 17, after line 27, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 31. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $394,057 is established for the biennium beginning July
1, 2001, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees,
moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but
excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received
by the State Department of Agriculture for purposes of carrying
out sections 2 to 23 of this 2001 Act. + } ' .
