  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 3, delete 'health is a
critical component' and insert 'and agricultural health are
critical components'.
  In line 14, after 'Forest' insert 'and agricultural'.
  On page 2, after line 2, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 4. + }  { + (1) The Office of Energy shall, to
the extent possible, utilize existing studies, research,
databases and information and cooperate with other entities,
public and private, in the implementation and development of the
cellulose biomass resource availability study described in
section 1 of this 2001 Act.
  ' (2) The Office of Energy shall complete the cellulose biomass
resource availability study described in section 1 of this 2001
Act no later than July 1, 2003. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 5. + }  { + Sections 1, 2 and 4 of this 2001
Act are repealed January 2, 2004. + } ' .
  In line 3, delete '4' and insert '6'.
