  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, delete 'appropriating
money' and insert 'limiting expenditures'.
  On page 2, line 1, delete 'Oregon Department of Administrative
Services' and insert 'Capitol Planning Commission'.
  Delete lines 3 through 15 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $15,000 is established for the biennium beginning July
1, 2001, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees,
moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but
excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received
by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services for planning
of a Veterans Memorial in the State Capitol Mall area. + } ' .
  In line 16, delete '5' and insert '4' and delete '1 to 4' and
insert '1 to 3'.
  In line 17, delete '6' and insert '5'.
