  Prohibits removal of land from within urban growth boundary of
city.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to urban growth boundaries.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1. Section 2 of this 2001 Act is added to and made a
part of ORS 197.295 to 197.314.
  SECTION 2.  { + In addition to any requirements established by
rule addressing urbanization, land included within an urban
growth boundary may not be removed from within the urban growth
boundary.
  SECTION 3. Section 2 of this 2001 Act applies to periodic
reviews commenced on or after the effective date of this 2001
