  Prohibits moneys received from cigarette taxes from being used
to fund lobbying for antismoking ordinances.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to use of moneys received from cigarette tax.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Notwithstanding ORS 323.455 and 431.832 and
section 3 (3), chapter 385, Oregon Laws 1995, moneys received
under ORS 323.030 or section 3, chapter 385, Oregon Laws 1995,
may not be used to fund lobbying for the passage of any
antismoking ordinance. + }
