  Requires city or metropolitan service district that seeks to
condemn property outside urban growth boundary to obtain consent
of county with jurisdiction over property.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to condemnation procedure.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Section 2 of this 2001 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS chapter 35. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + If the condemner is a city or a metropolitan
service district and the property proposed to be condemned is
outside the urban growth boundary of the condemner, the condemner
shall obtain the consent of the county with jurisdiction over the
property. + }
