  On page 3 of the printed bill, delete lines 5 through 11 and
insert:
  ' (v) Farm stands, including structures designed and used for
the sale and promotion of farm crops and livestock grown on farms
in the local agricultural area and for the sale of incidental
retail items and structures or equipment designed and used for
the display, demonstration or use of farm crops, farm animals or
farm implements, if:
  ' (A) The farm stand's structures designed and used for food
service and banquets, public gatherings and public entertainment
have indoor plumbing with a capacity for no more than 30 people,
consisting of one or more sinks and toilets connected to a
sanitary waste disposal system; and
  ' (B) The farm stand does not include structures designed or
used for occupancy as a residence.'.
  On page 8, delete lines 20 through 26 and insert:
  ' (s) Farm stands, including structures designed and used for
the sale and promotion of farm crops and livestock grown on farms
