Limits biennial expenditures from fees, moneys or other
revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, excluding lottery
funds and federal funds, collected or received by State Parks and
Recreation Department.
Limits biennial expenditures of State Parks and Recreation
Department from federal funds and lottery moneys.
Excludes expenditures from Oregon Parks Donation Trust Fund
from expenditure limitations.
Subjects agency to Oregon Department of Administrative Services
allotment process.
Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2001.
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to the financial administration of the State Parks and
Recreation Department; limiting expenditures; and declaring an
emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + Notwithstanding any other law, the following
amounts are established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001,
as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or
other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding
lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the
State Parks and Recreation Department for the following

affect or apply to expenditures from the Oregon Parks Donation

this 2001 Act are subject to Oregon Department of Administrative
Services rules related to allotting, controlling, and encumbering
funds. + }
SECTION 6. { + This 2001 Act being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this 2001 Act takes effect July 1,
2001. + }
