is' and insert 'following amounts are'.
  In line 8, delete the period and insert a colon.
  After line 8, insert:
  ' (1) For direct program costs of the electric and natural gas
division as follows:
  ' (a) For activities related to electric utilities, $3,186,500.
  ' (b) For activities related to natural gas utilities,
$1,316,636.
  ' (2) For direct program costs of the telecommunications
division, $2,973,153.
  ' (3) For direct program costs of the water program, $554,223.
  ' (4) For direct program costs of the Residential Service
Protection Fund programs, $9,595,362.
  ' (5) For the costs of providing program support through the
hearings section, consumer services section, economic research
and financial analysis services and indirect regulatory
operations, $9,007,420.
  ' (6) For the costs of all other programs, including
commission, management, central and administrative services,
$5,035,611.'.
  In line 9, delete '$292,326' and insert '$290,904'.
