  In line 22, after 'expenses' delete the rest of the line and
lines 23 through 25 and insert 'by the Oregon Watershed
Enhancement Board from lottery moneys deposited into the

section 5, chapter ___, Oregon Laws 2001 (Enrolled Senate Bill
5538), is amended to read:

biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as the maximum limit for payment
of fish and wildlife activities and operations expenses from
moneys or other revenues allocated to the Parks and Natural
Resources Fund from lottery funds made available under section 4
(5), Article XV of the Oregon Constitution.'.
