  In line 2 of the printed bill, delete 'appropriating money;'
and insert 'amending section 5, chapter 914, Oregon Laws 1999;'.
  Delete lines 5 through 13 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + } Section 5, chapter 914, Oregon Laws
1999, as amended by section 38, chapter 910, Oregon Laws 1999, is
amended to read:
  '  { +  Sec. 5. + } In addition to and notwithstanding any
other law, the amount of   { - $112,000,000 - }  { +
$127,000,000 + } is established for the biennium beginning July
1, 1999, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from the
proceeds of state education lottery bonds for state education
projects.'.
  In line 14, delete '4' and insert '2'.
  In line 17, delete '5' and insert '3'.
  Delete line 19 and insert 'on its passage.'.
