                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to state financial administration; appropriating money;
  limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Notwithstanding any other law appropriating
moneys, limiting expenditures or otherwise adjusting
appropriations or expenditure limitations, and in addition to any
action taken by the Emergency Board, the authorized
appropriations or expenditure limitations for the following
divisions of the Department of Human Services are changed by the
amounts specified for the biennium ending June 30, 2001: + }
