  In line 23 of the printed joint memorial, delete 'further ' and
insert 'also'.
  In line 24, delete 'at least'.
  Delete lines 25 and 26 and insert 'remove individual California
sea lions or Pacific harbor seals known to be preying on
threatened or endangered salmonids in areas of restricted fish
passage.
  ' (3) The Congress of the United States is further urged to
continue funding the joint federal and state research and
management actions currently directed at resolving resource
conflicts between abundant pinnipeds, threatened and endangered
salmonids and other important marine fishery resources.'.
  In line 27, delete '(3)' and insert '(4)'.
