Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of
  Oregon:
 
  That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the
Seventy-first Legislative Assembly, direct the Speaker of the
House of Representatives to direct an appropriate interim
committee to study issues concerning the safety of state offices,
including the State Capitol, and to recommend proposed changes in
law to the Seventy-second Legislative Assembly.
