  On page 2 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 23, delete '
boards' and insert 'State Board of Higher Education, local school
district board, community college board or education service
district board'.
  In line 24, delete 'the' and insert 'each of those' and delete
'consider' and insert 'considers'.
  In line 25, delete 'reasonable' and insert 'necessary ' and
after 'standard' delete the rest of the line and line 26.
  In line 27, delete 'shall give consideration to the standard'.
  In line 29, after 'Edition' insert ', or a stricter standard
selected by the board that conducts the survey'.
  In line 32, delete 'or the State Board of Education,' and
insert ', local school district board, community college board or
education service district board,'.
  In line 34, delete the first 'A' and insert 'For a board that
is subject to ORS 291.224, the'.
  In line 35, after 'board' insert a period and delete the rest
of the line.
  In line 36, delete the first 'The' and insert 'A' and after
