  Delete lines 4 through 11 of the printed bill and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + } ORS 346.260 is amended to read:
  ' 346.260. The Commission for the Blind shall { + :
  ' (1) + } Cooperate with the   { - Adult and Family Services
Division - }  { +  Department of Human Services + } in the
administration of   { - financial aid to the needy - }  { +
programs for the + } blind; and
