  In line 5 of the printed bill, restore the bracketed material
and delete the boldfaced material.
  Delete lines 13 through 16 and insert:
  ' (2) Prior to describing the boundaries of agricultural and
rural lands that are subject to a water quality management plan,
the State Department of Agriculture shall obtain, from the agency
making a determination or declaration under subsection (1) of
this section, information that shows a statistically valid
scientific basis for concluding that the condition of the land
contributes to a water quality impairment that exceeds, or is
likely to exceed, applicable water quality standards.'.
