                      SENATE AMENDMENTS TO

  On page 2 of the printed bill, line 28, after 'Fund' insert '
and moneys obtained by gift, grant, bequest or donation from any
other public or private source'.
  In line 30, after 'facilities' insert ', except for the
maintenance of administrative facilities located in Portland'.
  In line 33, after 'subaccount' insert a colon and begin a new
paragraph and insert '(A)'.
  After line 34, insert:
  ' (B) With interest at the standard rate that the State
Treasurer charges to state agencies for other loans. Interest
paid under this subparagraph shall be paid to the subaccount.'.
