Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Mental Health and
Developmental Disability Services Division to provide psychiatric
day treatment services to children ages 12 to 17 in Umatilla and
Morrow Counties.
Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2001.
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to psychiatric treatment services; appropriating money;
and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + In addition to and not in lieu of any other
appropriation, there is appropriated to the Mental Health and
Developmental Disability Services Division, for the biennium
beginning July 1, 2001, out of the General Fund, the sum of $___,
which may be expended for providing psychiatric day treatment
slots to serve children ages 12 to 17 in Umatilla and Morrow
Counties. + }
SECTION 2. { + This 2001 Act being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this 2001 Act takes effect July 1,
2001. + }
