  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, after 'violence ' insert
a period and delete the rest of the line and line 3.
  Delete lines 5 through 25 and delete pages 2 and 3.
  On page 4, delete lines 1 through 17.
  In line 18, delete '6' and insert '1'.
  In line 22, delete 'referred to in sections 2 and 5 of this
2001 Act'.
  In line 26, after 'records' insert a semicolon and delete the
rest of the line.
  Delete lines 34 through 39.
  In line 40, delete '8' and insert '2'.
  In line 43, delete '6' and insert '1'.
  On page 5, delete lines 2 through 45 and delete pages 6 through
9 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + A county may substitute supervision
of offenders under ORS 423.478 (2)(b) with supervision of
offenders who are participating in domestic violence deferred
sentencing agreements without a reduction in baseline funding
