  On page 2 of the printed bill, delete lines 25 through 27 and
insert:
  ' (C) 'Personal representative' means:
  ' (i) The spouse of a deceased dentist or the executor or
administrator of the estate of a deceased dentist; or
  ' (ii) The spouse of, or an attorney or an accountant appointed
by, a disabled dentist.'.
