  In line 2 of the printed bill, after the first semicolon delete
the rest of the line and delete line 3 and insert ' amending ORS
810.420.'.
  Delete lines 13 through 22 and insert:
  ' (2) A police officer may not issue a citation based on a
speed measuring device unless the officer has taken and passed a
training course, approved by the law enforcement agency that
employs the officer, in the use of the speed measuring device.'.
