insert a colon and begin a new paragraph and insert ' (a)'.
  In line 25, delete the period and insert '; or
  ' (b) The person is operating a motor assisted scooter while
crossing a highway with a designated speed limit greater than 25
miles per hour.'.
  On page 10, delete lines 17 and 18.
