  On page 2 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 17, delete '
or' and insert a comma and after 'death' insert 'or, if the
collection is being made by the Department of Corrections, the
false imprisonment'.
  In line 25, after '(1)' insert '(a)'.
  After line 32, insert:
  ' (b) When adopting rules under paragraph (a) of this
subsection, the Department of Corrections shall consider the
person's needs for funds to pay for the support of the person's
children and to pay any monetary obligations imposed on the
person as a result of the person's conviction.'.
  In line 36, delete 'or' and insert a comma and after ' death'
insert 'or, if the collection is being made by the Department of
Corrections, the false imprisonment'.
