  After line 8 of the printed A-engrossed bill, insert:
  ' (2) Subsection (1) of this section does not apply to a live
professional boxing contest, match or exhibition held on land
controlled by an Oregon Indian tribe. However, an Oregon Indian
tribe may make a contribution to the commission for the purposes
of subsection (3) of this section.'.
  In line 9, delete '(2)' and insert '(3)'.
  In line 14, delete '(3)' and insert '(4)'.
  In line 18, delete '(4)' and insert '(5)'.
  In line 20, delete '(5)' and insert '(6)'.
