                      SENATE AMENDMENTS TO

  On page 2 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 13, delete '
who has reasonable grounds for the filing shall have immunity '
and insert 'is immune'.
  In line 15, delete 'content of such' and insert 'substance of
the' and delete 'unless the participant knowingly or
intentionally'.
  In line 16, delete the boldfaced material.
  In line 17, delete 'such' and insert 'the' and delete the
boldfaced material.
  In line 18, delete the boldfaced material and after the period
insert 'A person does not act in good faith for the purposes of
this subsection if the substance of the complaint is false and:
  ' (a) The person knows that the substance of the complaint is
false; or
  ' (b) The person makes the complaint with the intent to harm
the owner or operator of the adult foster home, or the adult
foster home, and the person shows a reckless disregard for the
truth or falsity of the substance of the complaint.'.
