President Derfler:
  A minority of your Committee on Health and Human Services, to
whom was referred Senate Bill 210, having had the same under
consideration, respectfully reports it back with the
recommendation that it do pass with the following amendments:
 
  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 21, after 'resident '
insert ', or a person acting on the resident's behalf,'.
  In line 30, after '(c)' delete the rest of the line.
  On page 2, lines 1 through 14, restore the bracketed material
and delete the boldfaced material.
  In line 38, restore the bracketed material.
