  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 22, delete the boldfaced
material.
  In line 25, delete the colon.
  In line 26, delete '(a)'.
  Delete lines 28 through 30.
  On page 2, delete lines 1 through 15 and insert:
  ' (4) The department, in consultation with the board, shall
adopt rules specifying those crimes for which a conviction
requires the denial or revocation of the certification of a
public safety officer or instructor.'.
  In line 16, delete '(4)' and insert '(5)'.
  Delete lines 20 through 23.
