  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, after the semicolon
insert 'creating new provisions; and'.
  In line 5, after 'officer' insert a colon and delete the rest
of the line and line 6.
  In line 7, after 'be' insert a colon and delete the rest of the
line and insert:
  ' (a) At least 18 years of age, if an applicant for
certification as an unarmed private security officer; or
  ' (b) At least 21 years of age, if an applicant for
certification as an armed private security officer;'.
  After line 26, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + Section 3 of this 2001 Act is added
to and made a part of ORS 181.870 to 181.889. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + An applicant for licensure as a
proprietary security manager or security contractor must meet the

before 'shall' insert 'biennially' and delete the boldfaced
material.
  In line 13, delete the boldfaced material.
  In line 15, restore the bracketed material and delete the
boldfaced material.
  In line 16, delete the boldfaced material and after ' complete'
insert a colon and delete the rest of the line and line 17.
