  Eliminates sunset provision for certain civil penalties imposed
for quarantine order violations, control area violations, failure
to pay timber products health program fee, acting as unlicensed
nursery stock grower, dealer or agent and acting as unlicensed
Christmas tree grower.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to civil penalties levied by State Department of
  Agriculture; repealing section 7, chapter 390, Oregon Laws
  1999.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
