  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 7, after 'revokes ' insert
'or suspends'.
  In line 10, after the period insert 'A deputy state
veterinarian whose license is suspended may apply for
reinstatement of the appointment when the license is reinstated.
The department may not refuse to reinstate an appointment as a
deputy state veterinarian without good cause.'.
